RETURNS & REFUNDS

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your purchase to notify us that you wish to withdraw, without giving a reason. If items from the same order arrive separately, this period starts upon delivery of the last item. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it extends to the next working day.

Discounted items are eligible for withdrawal under the same conditions as full-price items.

How to request a return

Contact info@brerastudio.store with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. Please include your order number and identify the items you wish to return so we can locate your purchase.

You must send the items back within 14 days of notifying us. You do not need to wait for our approval to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

Item condition

You may try on and inspect your purchase as you would in a shop to assess its nature, characteristics and fit.

Please handle it carefully and return it securely packaged, including its accessories and, where possible, its original packaging and tags. Missing original packaging does not automatically remove your right of withdrawal.

You may be responsible for a reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect and try the item.

Return shipping costs

Change of mind — right of withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal because you have changed your mind or the size you ordered does not suit you, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage. We do not provide a prepaid return label for change-of-mind returns.

Faulty, damaged or non-conforming items

If the item is faulty, arrives damaged, or does not match your order or the product description, Brera Studio will cover the return shipping costs.

Please contact info@brerastudio.store so we can arrange the return at our expense. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs, where available, can help us assist you.

The 14-day withdrawal period does not limit your statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds following withdrawal

We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned items or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

For withdrawal from the entire order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service is excluded from the refund.
