Our Philosophy

Objects worth finding. Pieces worth keeping.

Brera Studio presents an independent selection of Italian hats, designer bags and limited creations.

We search archives and specialist workshops for hats with history and character. We select bags from established fashion houses for the strength of their design, materials and craftsmanship. Through MACO, our independent label, we create original pieces in small quantities.

Our perspective was shaped in Biella, by its textile culture, the knowledge of historic makers such as Cappellificio Cervo and the experimental spirit of Cittadellarte — Fondazione Pistoletto.

Today, from Romania, we bring that Italian sensibility into a nomadic and contemporary world.

We do not follow the relentless rhythm of seasons or fill our collections for the sake of quantity. Each chapter is deliberately limited and continuously evolving. A piece may disappear, return in another form or never return at all.

What remains is the standard: character, workmanship and the ability to endure beyond a season.

On our photography: every piece shown is the real, unaltered product. For some images, only the backdrop and setting around the piece are created with AI to set the mood — the product itself is never retouched or altered.
